Most often, it is not an attack. It is carried out.

The notice period
The week somebody resigns is the week the client list gets copied — usually to a personal mailbox, usually by somebody who does not think of it as theft. A flagged leaver’s account is watched harder from the day HR flags it, so the copy is stopped rather than discovered.
The wrong ‘Ivan’
Autocomplete picks the other Ivan and a price list goes to a competitor’s supplier. Rules about where an attachment may go are applied as it sends, not read back out of a log afterwards.
The AI paste
A contract pasted into a chat window has left the business, and no firewall saw it go. Safetica knows which web applications may receive your data and which may not, and it decides at the paste.
The USB stick
A project folder copied to removable media on a Friday afternoon. Device control decides which drives may be written to at all, and what may be written to them.
The shadow sync
A personal Dropbox on a work laptop, quietly syncing a folder nobody knew it had. Safetica names the applications moving your data and stops the ones with no business doing it.
The print run
Two hundred pages of a client database at 18:40. Paper is a route out like any other, and it is watched like one.

Four jobs, one agent

Data protection

Discovers and classifies what is sensitive, then follows it across devices and clouds in real time.

Insider risk

Behaviour, not just files: who is acting differently, and whether the pattern is carelessness or intent.

Compliance & discovery

GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and HIPAA reporting that is audit-ready rather than assembled the week before.

Cloud & Microsoft 365

Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and the file-sharing your people already use, on the same policies as the laptop.

How Safetica DLP works

01

Watch

Runs in visibility mode. Nothing is blocked. You get a map of how the business actually moves data, which is never the map in the policy document.

02

Decide

We go through what the map found, and you decide what should never leave. Every rule has a name and a reason.

03

Enforce

Rules go on gradually — warn, then block — so the first thing a rule does is teach rather than stop work.

04

Prove

What was blocked and why, in a form an auditor accepts.

People ask us

Will it stop people doing their jobs?
That is exactly where most DLP projects fail. We run it in visibility mode first, learn how the business really moves data, and only then enforce.
Do we have to watch our own staff?
No. It is aimed at data, not at people. A manager sees a route out that needs closing, not a log of somebody’s afternoon.
Cloud or on our own servers?
Both exist. The cloud platform is the default — nothing to host. On-prem is there for data that genuinely cannot leave your building, and we will tell you which one you are.
